현재에서 온 편지 1



비행기 티켓을 샀다 11월 14일! 한국으로 돌아오는 티켓은 아직 안 샀다. 과연 나는 며칠 동안 일본에 머무르게 되려나. 일정 하나하나 계획해서 그대로 움직이는 게 내 원래 성향이긴 한데.. 이번에는 어찌 될지 모르겠다. 해야 할 작업도 이미 완성했고, 그 즈음에는 11월 초 스튜디오 촬영도 했을 시점이니까 홀가분하게 다녀오자.

나는 데이터 분석을 통해 계획을 짜서 이를 실행을 하고 그 과정을 통해 결과를 예측하는 편이다. 그런데 가끔은 어떤 느낌이라는게 찾아올 때가 있다. 어떤 물리적인 정황이 없어도 느껴지는 감각, 마음이라는게 있다. 어떠한 선험적인 감각이라고 해야할까. 또 이게 보통은 맞아서 신기하다. 알 수 없는 끈, 흔적이 느껴진다. 어렸을 적 읽었던 책의 한 구절이 떠오른다.


「밤을 여행하던 두 눈이 
사랑에 빠졌어라
서로의 얼굴을 한 번 바라볼 수도 없이」


이렇게 적으면 사랑이라는 감정에 한해서만 적용이 되는 것 같은데 그뿐만 아니라 어떤.. 음 언어로 표현을 잘 못하겠다. 무한한 친근감과 이상한 익숙함, 형체가 없는 뭐 그런 거.. 정말 추상적인 말이군🤔 때가 되면 정확한 워딩을 찾을 수 있겠지.

<Body memorium>

‘There is a substance called "neurons" in the body and brain. The body in a complementary relationship can be expressed as a medium for communication and a catalyst for information. The skin of the body accumulates the experience that the person has experienced, which allows us to guess the person's cultural characteristics, personality, occupation, and age group. Therefore, the process of observing each other becomes a kind of information exchange. People learn the trivial habits and ideas inherent in the person by forming a consensus and reading the indicators in the body. In more detail, you will also read past records that converge between people and people. After that, a complementary action occurs in which each other shares the memory of the body, and new memories intersect the body through psychological and physiological chemistry.’

더 잘 보완해서 작업 체계를 튼튼하게 만들고 싶다. 나에게 있어서 신체는 하나의 저장기관이자 움직이는 유기체. 나는 앞으로 신체에 어떤 기록을 쌓아갈 것인가?
