an important task

Until the end of last year, I was too busy to sleep for a total of 20 hours a week. There were so many things to do that happened, but when I lay down on my bed and slept, I often couldn't get up at the time I woke up, so I fell down on my desk and took a sleep. As a result, I often felt dizzy and sometimes faint while working. Still, I didn't intend to change my lifestyle until I got the goal I wanted. It's a rather extreme comparison, but if I had to choose between continuing to live healthy in a similar way, taking goals and losing my health, I would definitely choose the latter. I feel similar now. As a result, I lost health. hahaha

And now that I'm at the mid-stage of my goal, I'm interested in whether it's because I have a little bit of room and how to stay healthier and better. The word "Hang in there" is boring, but it can't be helped. A life with a goal is more like a life that holds out for that goal than just living like it flows. Anyway, maintaining a healthy body is very important. The body and the mind are connected together, and when either is weakened, the other is inevitably weakened.

Of course, there were situations in which I continued to endure with my mental strength even if me However, as I already know from experience, the dam of the mind explodes and the water comes rushing in and erodes into pain sequentially.

How can I reach my goal with a healthy balance of body and mind? first of all Will I get enough sleep? haha
